●Adopt oven for heating control.
●Each oven has three parts:
●Air blower -- provide air source for oven circulation.
●Hot air oven -- used for the preheating of circulating air
source.The heating control of this part comes from the temperature
controller located in the main operating panel.
●Infrared heat source - to provide a more direct, efficient
radiation heat source.The working power is calculated and
controlled according to man-machine exchange curve setting and
machine speed.
●Two different heating parts of each oven are equipped with
independent low-voltage control system.Users can turn off the
heating function as needed and use it as an air cooling function.
●The overroller in the oven is provided with bearing.However, in
order to reduce abrasion, there is an independent power system for
the roller.Thus reducing the friction over the roller.
●The oven is equipped with waste air discharging system.For exhaust
emissions.
●The outlet of the oven is equipped with an air cooling system to
cool the surface of the material.
Out Feed Tension Control System
●The rear tension unit is made of alloy and cast iron
●Use the double side pressure rubber to cluth and feed and to
guarantee the stale tension
●Web guide system before rewinder unit to error correct for long
distance paper way.
